Our purchasing at this stage is streamlined towards pre-owned and brand new Samsung and Apple devices only. Our expertise & training only covers the 2 above brands at the moment however our growth strategy will incorporate the other brands in the near future.

Yes of course, this is what we are passionate about. We are glad to assist you by purchasing your high-end phone that has taken a knock and screen replacement costs an arm and a leg. For as long as the phone powers on I.e makes a sound, vibration or displays something showing that it still has power and just requires a screen replacement, yes we can purchase it from you bearing in mind the cost of replacing the screen/ damaged components. It’s not a train smash and in this case we will save you your arm and leg.

You are more than welcome to courier the phone to our receiving address and get it assessed for physical inspection prior to a payout.

Transit times are dependant on the area you are sending the device from however this shouldn’t exceed 2 to 3 business days. Once the device is received it shouldn’t take us more than another business day to perform a physical inspection and diagnostics on the device before we can process an immediate payment.

*We only purchase devices that are fully compatible with local networks and all global networks thus we are obliged to perform an IMEI/ serial number check prior to a purchase. 

• We can expedite/ prioritise your sale request however an urgent/ same day request can only be processed in Pretoria/ Sandton in line with our safety measures.

Liquid damaged devices have far more technical problems than the naked eye can detect since moisture moves through the electrical circuit of the device and damages other components as time progresses. We refrain from purchasing such devices due to the complexities involved in resolving future technical issues that come as a result of liquid damage. It’s unfortunate that even the manufacturers themselves cannot assist with such devices, our well -trained technicians can’t either.

We only purchase devices acquired using traceable channels. If there is no proof that the particular device for sale was acquired ethically, we unfortunately cannot assist by purchasing it. All devices should be fully accessible & should not have any form of access restriction.

We are a fully operational company registered with CIPC for operations and also registered with SAPS for ethical operational standards in the purchasing of pre-owned electronics therefore we are easily traceable. What will determine the value of the device will be dependant on whether there are any notifications highlighting whether the replacement components were genuine or aftermarket.

Should the components be aftermarket or workmanship not to a certain standard, yes it will reduce the value of the device accordingly.
